Community Is at the Heart of What We Do

One of the greatest privileges of owning a small business is the opportunity to give back to the community that has supported us. Whether we're fitting shoes for local students, partnering with organizations that strengthen our community, or volunteering at community events, we're grateful to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

Every child deserves to start the school year with shoes that fit. Rock the Block gives us the opportunity to help make it happen.

In this 2025 recap, you'll see our team measuring the feet of more than 80 local students to help ensure each child receives properly fitting school shoes.

In 2026, Crowe Boot & Shoe is partnering for the 9th year with Carlinville school nurses and counselors to help provide school shoes for local students in need. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, together we've provided more than 700 pairs of school shoes over the past eight years.

We're proud to continue helping local students start the school year with confidence.

One of our favorite traditions each year is partnering with Royal Family Kids Camp – Carlinville by measuring children's feet for brand-new shoes before they head off to camp.

In this 2025 recap, you'll see our team helping prepare 27 incredible children for camp by carefully measuring each child's feet so they can receive a pair of shoes chosen just for them.

Royal Family Kids Camp serves children living in foster care from Macoupin and Montgomery Counties, Illinois, providing a week of fun, encouragement, one-on-one attention, and the royal treatment every child deserves.

We're honored to be part of this special tradition each year and grateful for the opportunity to help children feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
